Business Manager

Peggy Debnam is a business manager with over 20 years of experience in all facets of small business administration. This includes accounting, human resources, operations management and information systems, just to name a few. She enjoys the challenges of working with smaller businesses and helping them grow.  Peggy loves living in Milwaukee, but even though she lives in a sea of green and gold, she continues to cheer for her childhood teams and remains and avid Chicago sports fan.

What would be your personal motto?

Pour yourself a drink, put on some lipstick and pull yourself together.

Why do you love what you do?

I love what I do because creating order out of chaos is a passion of mine.  I love the constant change and daily challenges.  I could close my office door and not speak to anyone all day, but if I came out at the end of the day with answers to financial puzzles, then I would consider it a good day.
