In the last decade, more than $3.5 billion has been invested in Downtown Milwaukee’s central business district. Downtown Milwaukee wanted to demonstrate the growth in investment across commercial, residential, hospitality, education/civic and infrastructure projects.

The Solution

WaterStreet Creative worked with Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 to plot projects, track developmental stages, update aggregate data and spotlight catalytic projects in an eye-catching and easy-to-read map.

The Result

The result is a compelling picture of Downtown Milwaukee’s upward trajectory – it’s no wonder why downtown brokers and developers utilize the map as a top-selling tool. It’s been so popular that an interactive version of the map was added to the organization’s website.
