WaterStreet Creative worked with Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21, the largest business improvement district in the state of Wisconsin, to develop an eye-catching annual report that communicates the organization’s successes to stakeholders and acclimates external audiences with the renaissance occurring in Downtown Milwaukee.

With Milwaukee set to take the global spotlight in July 2020 for the Democratic National Convention, it was important that the district’s opportunities for living, working, playing, investing and learning be showcased. Utilizing high-gloss paper and a two-tone palette with metallic accents, this summary of accomplishments makes the work of Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 shine.
